Who we are

110 is a Danish business, CVR 46724011, providing bookkeeping, accounting support, and related software services to engaged clients.

The services

Our services include software integrations that connect to a client's own accounting system. Such a connection is established only with the client's explicit authorization, operates within the scope the client has approved, and can be revoked by the client at any time.

Client control

Where our services produce automated output, that output is prepared as draft material for the client. The client's own systems remain the system of record, and material prepared by us takes effect only through the client's established approval processes.

Engagements

Services are delivered under individual engagement agreements. Where an engagement agreement and this page differ, the engagement agreement prevails. Nothing on this page constitutes an offer of services to the general public.

Liability

Except as set out in an individual engagement agreement, the services are provided without warranties, and liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. Material changes are communicated to engaged clients directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law.
