Privacy & Data Processing

Last updated 27 August 2026

What we process

In delivering our services, 110 (CVR 46724011) processes business and accounting information belonging to engaged clients. Access to a client's systems happens only with the client's explicit authorization and is used solely to deliver the services the client has engaged us for.

What we don't do

Client data is never shared between clients, never sold, and never disclosed to third parties outside the scope of the engaged services. Client data accessed through system integrations is not used to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Service providers

We use established infrastructure and software providers, which may process data at runtime strictly as part of delivering the services and under their respective commercial terms. Such processing does not extend the purposes described on this page.

Retention

We retain client data no longer than operationally necessary. Temporary working data is cleared promptly after use. We keep records of the actions we ourselves perform for a client, so that our work remains auditable by that client.

Security

Access credentials are stored in access-controlled environments, client data is kept isolated per client, and data in transit is encrypted.

Data Processing Agreement

Where our services involve processing personal data on a client's behalf, a Data Processing Agreement is entered into with the client directly as part of the engagement.
